This software doesn't work when i downloading to my PC and turn on window media open it frezee then hangover error when loading update file.So what I am doing if the item is not easy to used this product.

This product does not do work as advertised. It will not convert 99% of your DVD because of copyright laws. You must have another program called "mcldecrypt.exe" to decrypt your DVD's. Don't waste your time or your money on this product. Take it from someone who did.

I got this in hopes that I could watch my entire DVD collection on the PSP. That was okay until I got the copyright problem and 99% of my collection was unable to transfer. Easy to change with internet connection, they tell you the program and it can then transfer anything. Its nice on the PSP, great quality, but how many movies can you really store on PSP memory cards if you want the best quality, maybe two at the most. But when X-OOM transfers the DVD to your hard drive, you can then transfer it to iTunes, putting it then on your Video iPod. With a 60g iPod I've managed to fit (with the picture filling the screen entirely, with gorgeous quality) over 90 full length movies, with some Simpsons and Lost episodes. With TV DVD, you can transfer them by episode. Its a great product, doesnt run as fast as I'd like, maybe 2x, but its still a great program. AAAAA+++++

I tried several free PSP movie transfers but they were quite cumbersome and difficult to work with. I tried a demo of this product and by this time really appreciated how easy it was to use - just 2 clicks and come back 15-20 minutes later. You simply select how much space you have available (256MB, 512MB, or 1GB) on your PSP storage memory stick. I use the 1GB which gives me a beautiful full screen PSP movie.
XOOM also lets you select other special features such as song videos and behind the scenes through their "movie options" button. I start here to make sure I select the main movie with english audio and then add a song video too.
I store a bunch of movies PSP-converted (mp4) on my external drive for later for my daughter to select from.
